How do I schedule an appointment?
You can leave me a confidential voicemail at (202) 813-0402. I check my voicemail several times a day on weekdays and at least once a day on weekends and holidays. I try to return calls within 24 hours or the next business day for messages left on weekends. If you prefer, you can also contact me by email at Lindsay@DrLindsayPerrin.com. However, as security and prompt delivery of email cannot be guaranteed, please do not include sensitive clinical information and never use email in an emergency.

What is your fee and how do I pay?
I am happy to discuss my fee during the initial phone consultation. Payment is due through electronic check or credit card at the time of service. If this arrangement is not feasible, I will work with you to see if an alternate arrangement can be made.

Do you take insurance?
I am not a participating provider on any insurance panels but as an out-of-network provider, my services qualify for reimbursement under many insurance plans. I will provide you with a monthly statement of services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Additionally, if you plan to use your out-of-network benefits, I will help you complete all necessary forms to submit to your insurance company. 

What time are you available for appointments?
I offer appointments on weekdays from morning to early evening.
