How do I schedule an appointment?
You can leave me a confidential voicemail at (202) 813-0402. I check my voicemail several times a day on weekdays and at least once a day on weekends and holidays. I try to return calls within 24 hours or the next business day for messages left on weekends. If you prefer, you can also contact me by email at However, as security and prompt delivery of email cannot be guaranteed, please do not include sensitive clinical information and never use email in an emergency.

What is your fee and how do I pay?
My fee is $190 per 45-minute session. Payment is due in cash, check, or credit card at the time of service. If this arrangement is not feasible, I will work with you to see if an alternate arrangement can be made.

Do you take insurance?
I am not a participating provider on any insurance panels but as an out-of-network provider, my services qualify for reimbursement under many insurance plans. I will provide you with a monthly statement of services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Additionally, if you plan to use your out-of-network benefits, I will help you complete all necessary forms to submit to your insurance company. 

What time are you available for appointments?
I offer appointments on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons as well as some other weekdays in the early morning or early evening.
